1. Refund Policy

At Anexa Photography, we are committed to providing high-quality photography services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. Our refund policy is outlined below:

  1. No Refund for Completed Services: Once services have been rendered (e.g., photography sessions, editing, delivery of final images), no refund will be provided, as the services have already been performed.
  2. Refund Request Process: If you are unsatisfied with any service before it is delivered, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of your booking or payment. The request must be submitted through our official email: [email protected]. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Partial Refunds: In cases where a partial service has been completed, we may offer a partial refund based on the value of the completed work. This will be determined at the discretion of Anexa Photography.
  4. No Refund for Digital Files or Products: Once digital files or any physical products (e.g., prints, albums) are delivered or produced, they are considered final, and no refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel a booking or service, please notify us as soon as possible by sending an email to [email protected]. The following terms apply based on the timing of your cancellation:
    • More than 14 days before the scheduled service: You will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any processing fees.
    • 7-14 days before the scheduled service: You will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid.
    • Less than 7 days before the scheduled service: No refund will be provided if you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled service.
  2. Cancellation by Anexa Photography: In the unlikely event that Anexa Photography is unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will offer you the option to reschedule your session or provide a full refund. Anexa Photography will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the cancellation (e.g., travel expenses).
  3. Force Majeure: If Anexa Photography is unable to perform the service due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, travel restrictions), the service may be rescheduled. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

  1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been made or full payment has been received. The confirmation will be sent via email.
